A little late to the party but I recently attempted to install Debian from the Windows App store and ran into some DCOM errors.

DCOM

Unable to start a DCOM Server: Microsoft.WindowsStore_11712.1001.18.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe!App.AppXhqern91xdfs9nhcd85e2vgmtzqt3xcbq.mca as Unavailable/Unavailable. The error:

Love me some Debian

Not that I run it exclusively on Windows but I’ve switched from Cygwin to Debian WSL, which is one less package to install.
